Brian Kolonoski, CPT
Performance Director, Managing Partner
Brian Kolonoski, a resident of Holbrook, is a Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Manager who has been in the fitness and sports performance industry
Brian has been involved in the field of sport-specific performance training since 2005 and has worked with thousands athletes from all backgrounds and experience levels, ranging from youth to professional athletes. He obtained a bachelors degree in Exercise Science & Fitness Development from SUNY Cortland. From there he went on to work for and manage various sports specific training facilities before he found his home with CATZ.
Brian is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is also a level III certified trainer through Combine360. Brian is always looking to learn and grow so that each one of his athletes receives the best possible training around. He find no better joy then hearing about one of his athlete’s achievements.
William Germano, DC, CSCS
Chiropractor, Managing Partner
Dr. Germano holds a Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Biology and Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Masters in Human Anatomy and Physiology Instruction and Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. While at Stony Brook he was a four year starter and captain of the Men’s Baseball team, earning MVP and All-Conference honors. He was also a National Scholar Athlete Award winner. Dr. Germano has been on the medical staff of the Long Island Ducks professional baseball team since 1992 as their official Team Chiropractor. Since 1992 Dr. Germano has treated many athletes, both professional and amateur in a wide variety of sports, including two-time American League MVP Juan Gonzales, former Major League All-Star Henry Rodriguez, and MLB Hall of Famer Gary Carter.
Dr. Germano is a member of the New York State Chiropractic Association, the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and an ISSA Certified Fitness Instructor and is an Agunct Professor at Stony Brook University and Farmingdale State College.
Scott Irwin, PT
Clinical Director, Pegasus Physical Therapy, P.C.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Rehabilitation from Springfield College and a Certificate in Physical Therapy from Hunter College. He has over 20 years of clinical experience evaluating and treating patients.
Prior to creating Pegasus Physical Therapy, Scott held the position of Senior Physical Therapist at St. Luke’s Hospital in New York. There he managed the physical therapy outpatient department treating hundreds of patients each year and earning the President’s Award for Excellence in patient care.
While at Springfield, Scott was a four-year member and co-captain of the gymnastics team. He was awarded the distinction of Junior Athlete of the Year and was a three-time All-American athlete.
