The CATZ Sports FUNdamentals program is a fun, engaging and cooperation-based program designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, general flexibility/mobility and overall strength of participants ages 7 -12 years old.
HOW WE DO IT:
- Sports FUNdamentals classes motivate children to embrace a healthy lifestyle
- Encouraging, supportive & fun environment
- Program will enhance coordination, movement patterns & fitness using task-oriented drills & games
- Pre- and post-fitness assessments
- An introduction to the 5-levels of CATZ, a progressive achievement-based program
DETAILS:
- 45-minute CATZ classes
- maximum of 10 children per class
- 1, 2 or 3 day per week options
