CATZ Kids Programs
Sports FUNdamentals CATZ Completely Active

The CATZ Sports FUNdamentals program is a fun, engaging and cooperation-based program designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, general flexibility/mobility and overall strength of participants ages 7 -12 years old.

HOW WE DO IT:

  • Sports FUNdamentals classes motivate children to embrace a healthy lifestyle
  • Encouraging, supportive & fun environment
  • Program will enhance coordination, movement patterns & fitness using task-oriented drills & games
  • Pre- and post-fitness assessments
  • An introduction to the 5-levels of CATZ, a progressive achievement-based program

DETAILS:

  • 45-minute CATZ classes
  • maximum of 10 children per class
  • 1, 2 or 3 day per week options
  • task-oriented drills
  • exercises that are fun & effective
  • pre- & post-fitness assessments
